Q: I think I have found a problem with a game. How do I report it?

Q: The selected game will not start.
A: In your browser's menu, select Tools, Internet Options, and the Advanced tab.
Under Java (Sun), make sure to check the "Java 2 v1.4.2 for applet" checkbox.
Please note that this will require a restart of your PC.
Q: How long do the game applets take to load?
A: It varies depending on the game, but 5 to 15 seconds on a high-speed internet connection, and about
30 to 45 seconds on a dial-up connection.
